To join, you need to pass a three-stage selection process: application form, assessment, and interview. We guarantee that the time spent with us will definitely remain in your hearts. Many members say they would love to go through the selection process again just to relive the incredible experience of becoming part of BEST!
At BEST, students regularly attend training workshops and training sessions aimed at improving both soft and hard skills. More experienced students teach new members and all members of the association interested in personal growth skills such as public speaking, teamwork, non-violent communication, and conflict resolution. They also teach professional development skills in fields such as PR, HR, CR, IT, and Design.
After finishing their active involvement in BEST, many students start working in the professions they learned about during their experience at BEST. Many graduates also note that they have become more confident in public speaking, no longer fear expressing their opinions, and have learned how to lead teams, all thanks to the skills they gained through their experience at BEST.
